First off, I understand this is my mess up, I locked myself out of home as I was leaving for work. Forgot to grab the keys and so I called a locksmith immediately and waited, waited, and waited for a call back with an eta. Meanwhile I texted and called my ‘new boss’ (whom made it very clear that he’s the boss now, and to not contact the owner, contact him and he’ll talk to the owner if he can’t figure it out) and have still yet to get a response. Also called and texted the dispatcher too the same result. Finally after about 20-30 mins I get a call back from the locksmith, it’s gonna be at least 30-40 minutes to get here. So I accept and go back to calling and texting the boss how late I’m gonna be to the job (detailing cars at clients homes). Still no response. So I call the customer and let him know the situation. He’s okay with dropping it off at the shop if someones there to hold the key. Great, I think, hopefully someone will answer and go hold the keys……… still nothing. So the client gets upset (understandably) and cancels.
I get this all started by my f up, but seriously? Mr boss man who said to call him and he can’t answer the phone 4 times? Or reply to a 6 text messages? In the span of an hour? Not the first time I’ve had problems with this new company so far, and I’m seriously considering just dumping all this detail equipment once the locksmith finally gets here.
