I’m losing it

I am a high level supervisor at a cleaning company based in my state. I get paid significantly low for the work that I do, and everyday have to overcome some obstacle that my own company throws at me. Recently, everyone has been quitting. Im left with a very few amount of employees, and I have to fill in for them. Do you want to know why everyones leaving? Take a wild guess, they get paid diddly squat. Ive asked multiple times to my higher ups about a pay raise, bonuses, anything, and have been shut down every single time. Its been me and my one employee who has been carrying the weight of these places, and my one employee said hes leaving soon too. Im overwhelmed. An employee asked for 15$ an hour, and in my area, thats not much. Mcdonalds is hiring for 16$ and target is hiring for 24$.
Nobody will listen to me, and someone quits every week. People get hired in and leave same day, because for the amount of work we do, its not worth it. And i recognize that.

Im basically fucked. This whole branch of the company is going to burn down in flames if nothing changes and they dont care. I hate this
