Before this job I have never given even a week notice, but I really liked my manager and co-workers and the job wasn't too bad, so I decided to do it this time. I gave my boss 2 weeks notice on Thursday and they just called me to tell me not to finish it out. Now i'm stuck with no way to make money for 2 weeks because my new job told me I can't start earlier. Never be nice to any employer. They do not care about you, even if you think they do.
