So I’m new to the work force. (Only been working a year and it’s my first job). I just have a few questions. Maybe I’m wrong or not but it seems that my manager is a dick. I started this job last year around June, my manager seemed nice at first and really chill with the fact that I am new to work. Fast forward 5-6 months, he started acting snobbish towards me, whether it be getting super annoyed with questions I have, or telling me I should know what I’m doing even though, I most certainly and very clearly do not. It also seems that he might be a little, sexist. My employees consist of mainly girls except for me and and my general manager. It seems like he is super friendly towards them but very snobbish and rude towards me. Am I wrong for assuming he just hates me?
