Antiwork

I’m not certain this is the most appropriate sub, but I just had an interview with mixed signals.

I decided to take a break after my first job didn’t work out. It wasn’t a morale or pay issue, it was simply too inconvenient. I then submitted an application to a different location because a friend of mine works there, almost guaranteeing a good coworker. The interviewer seemed to be a second-in-command, seemed friendly. But to the point. She said something like “we’re all friends with each other, one big, happy family.” And after some Progression, she mentioned something like “prepare to get yelled at, it’s pretty normal here”. Work is an option for me, is a good coworker worth the possible red flags? The coffee is very good, at least.
