The more i think about it I realise I actually like work.
I like putting my name to something I have produced and am proud of, I like challenging problems which I can lean on an experienced mentor for some guidance with.
I like hanging out with people I usually wouldn’t though sometimes this is challenging.
I kinda like putting on my suit everyday, I think I look in them.
What I don’t like is the bullshit hierarchy based of irrelevant credentials, I don’t like seeing my coworkers cry because they lack psychological safety or financial safety to that point.
I don’t like the exploitation of others good natures.
