So I work at a locally owned hardware store. We sell a niche product that I am in charge of ordering,keeping in stock, promoting on social media, etc. while also maintaining the rest of the store. My manager has made it clear he has no intent to give me a raise. I’ve been here nearing a year and get paid the base rate of pay. The same as part time cashiers. Today; he randomly decided to clean out the break room fridge and ended up throwing my lunch away. Am I wrong for being pissed? My coworkers seem to think so.
