Why the hell do I have to upload my resume, enter in all the info from the resume, take a bunch of bullshit assessments, and do a pre interview phone call or worse sit through a presentation, before even getting a frigging interview?? Then it lasts 15 minutes and I get a stock email the next week saying they don't want me. And every one of the jobs I've applied for pays about $15 (minimum wage is $10 here I think and the rent for my shoebox apartment is over $1000)
I fucking hate that I have to endure all of this for a job that barely pays enough for bills and food that I'm probably gonna hate and might last 2 years at. fml
