I’m not looking forward to it. I hate my job but it pays so well. But I lie everyday, sometimes several times a day. And I loathe nearly everyone that’s a manager there. The office politics and hypocrisy make me sick. Also all of those commercials you all see on TV are lies. If you do have to call us for help, every single question we ask you is designed to disqualify you from what you’re entitled to. When you are answering questions for ANY government agency, only answer the question that is being asked of you. Offer no more and no less and if you don’t understand the question ask for clarification and if you still don’t understand, don’t guess or give an answer that you think we might want to hear. Just don’t answer it until someone clarifies. Always listen to the wording of the question and what purpose does this question serve.
