I’m quitting my job in the middle pf 4 major projects for a company “unsure” of how to use me properly.

Background: working for a major pharmaceutical company on the west coast doing IT support as their MSP. Light help desk work, nothing major. Rather then do the smart thing and onboard me full time, taking me off the MSP role, I’m essentially getting split between doing my day job as an MSP, and being the sole network engineer/project manager/server support at the site. Naturally, both my own HR and Management teams seem unsure about how to approach the company responsible for this, so I’m taking matters into my own hands.
