Today I got a request to be on a Search Committee and it had a bunch of stuff about “thoroughly assessing bla bla bla” including multiple meetings and doing interviews and I just had to laugh when I read it. My raise this year (after being skipped last year) was .41 / hour. Fuuuuuuuck em. Not interested =) Now, if they order me to do it, then I will do it, but not unless they make me.
