I worked my butt off this month and I didn't even break 1000€. I love my job but it's not sustainable for me anymore. There's a worker shortage in my sector and they do everything but raise the wages. I don't care if the company goes on nice trips or if you get two bags of coffee every week. Just pay me enough to have me pay my rent. I'm going to look for a new job.
