I hate current job and I’m quitting soon. Im so happy I finally get to leave. Managers treating me like I’m lesser than them. But I’m thankful for this experience. Without even being I’m leadership it’s taught me what not to do as a leader. I know what it feels like personally to be treated in a bad way and what specifically not to make someone do or say to them. If you’d like me to specifically name things I didn’t like I’ll respond to comments
I’m applying for a supervisor position at a local business. Without getting into to much detail about the place I’ll finally be able to call the shots and manage. I’m so thankful believe it or not for this job. It will only be for a few months before I leave. I’m so happy. I’m gojng to be the best leader and supervisor I can be. I vow to treat my employees with respect and be understanding. And treat them as human rather than not.
I don’t even have the job yet. But thank god it’s not my current job. I just needed to vent.
