Finding a job is really tough. And I'm not applying for Brain Surgery or Astronaut, just regular Tech Support jobs.
Scrolling through Indeed, looking for non-bilingual ones, preferably remote, ones not asking for 8+ years of experience. Then the application; it's nice if they just ask for a resume.
Why do some say they're remote on Indeed and the company page says not remote?)
I'm tired of the ones that ask me to fill out a personality survey with options that could be either/or. And ones that ask you to watch videos, then listen to audio, then pretend you're in the situation.
And after all that, I never hear from them. They usually don't even send an email or anything afterward. It's like throwing time into a pit, and nothing comes from it.
Or worse, the ones that book 2, 3, or 4 interviews, before deciding I'm just not the right fit. It's so tedious and frustrating.
