Hello everyone I just had a fun talk to day, I'm a hotel manager and in the hotel we do a cleaning service with normal one person on a day for that job, anyway the guy who was working it yesterday 6 months pregnant girlfriend sadly lost the child in a accident, so when this happened he left early now I had no problem with this because I'm not a asshole, but my upper management what me to fire him because of this and we'll I said no and now in have to go to a meeting in the morning to discuss my behaviour.
