All of my coworkers have left and they gave me a $2 raise. My branch manager also left. They are trying to have me do all kinds of stuff to keep the bank in good audit standing and keep customers happy. Today I wrote a letter and asked for a raise, they didnt even negotiate with me, sat me down and told me my letter was threatening and that I make enough. I'm so frustrated and I see why everyone is leaving. This morning they told me what a great job I'm doing and how proud they are of me, unfortunately compliments dont pay the bills.
