I’m tired of the bullshit

For the last 6 months, I’ve been juggling two projects while my company bills me to two different clients and I only get paid my one salary. The first project should’ve ended 2 months ago ago and I was told (over the phone, my mistake) I could handover the first one at the end of July since it’s nearing the “end”. I just emailed my manager to ask him when I can give it over and he said “you will hand it over once it’s 100% done and it’s not 100%”. This is all done while driving an hour in traffic each way to be in an office where I sit there and commute with my main office via temas that is in a different location… So you are going to stick me with two different projects until the foreseeable future? Sure, I’ll just stay at home and continue doing…

So you are going to stick me with two different projects until the foreseeable future? Sure, I’ll just stay at home and continue doing my work. Because the reality is that they need me more than I need them at this point, there are only 2 people in my company that can do this job. One is me and the other is my manager, as you can tell he clearly doesn’t want to do one so firing me will stick him with two. In the meantime, I’ll just look for a new job and I’ll hand over BOTH when I give my same day resignation.
