Hey everyone! I’m hoping to get some advice…
I’ve been looking for a new job for quite some time. I finally found a company and job that I think would be perfect for me… Arguably it is my dream job.
However while going through this process, I was finally offered the job! There was a range that was posted in the job posting, and only full time listed. The company offered me mid range part time, and lowest end full time…. This is for a business on the smaller side. After probation if I accept the part time, they transition me to full time. I wasn’t looking for a part time job though, I have a house and bills etc.
What are your thoughts? Is this a red flag? Either way if I take this job, my gut is maybe telling me that the business can’t afford me. I’m at a loss what to do, and I haven’t given an answer yet. I could also be thinking too much into it?

**edit: I have a house / mortgage to pay for, and currently have a full time job with benefits. I’m definitely unhappy in my current job.
