Ok so some backstory ,after I've been put on hold from my other job back in Dec due to the warehouse not getting work and they said they give give me a call back in March.So I started to start to find a temporary job.I applied for a loading and uploading position though a job agency,came in their office and talked with them.I told them I wasn't bilingual,this will be important for later.Anywho like a week later,I got a call from them.Telling me they have a spot open, I took it but come to find out that I'm working what seems like a completely different position not loading and unloading instead it's packing I guess which I have no experience in but not 100% sure although I've been in the warehouse field for over year .Then they put me with people who don't speak English which is hard cuase of the language barrier,which I have to use a third person to talk though
There's barely any communication here
