In A Dilemma

I work as a hotel reseptionist. Now the job itself isn't difficult for me, I manage. But the hotel I'm working for and my co-workers are lazy and I don't want to work for my boss because of the bad decisions he makes. There are so many problems with the management and it makes me frustrated. I want to work in an orginized and somewhat decent teamwork enviornment and none of that exists in this hotel. And sometimes I'm the one who gets blamed for shit by my co-workers. (I'm fine about customers complaining because they don't know but co-workers?) I want to work in an orginized and somewhat decent teamwork enviornment and none of that exists in this hotel.

And sometimes I'm the one who gets blamed for shit by my co-workers. (I'm fine about customers complaining because they don't know but co-workers?) Like for example if the AC doesn't work in the room, or if the room is dirty but I'm told otherwise in both cases. So, I give the room that is marked clean and working, and if it's not, it my fault for giving that room because I should've known. What? How would I know if I'm TOLD the room was clean by the cleaners.

I WILL quit at some point but it's only been a month and I'm worried if it'll look bad on my resume because this is my first job.

So my question is do I keep going until at least about 6 months for my resume or do I quit now?
