We are overworked, underpaid
We have to support 3 different companies end-users. One of them constantly makes the chats in Chrome pop up, the other ones reach us calling us, the 3rd one is a combination of chats and emails
Now we are only a team of 4 ppl having to support 100s of these users. One of my team leads told me the company had entered into a contract with these 3 firms for a sum of about 200,000 EUR, of which – pikachu face – WE THE WORKERS barely get maybe 1% lmaoo
Management has denied me my raise! Welp, guess I am leaving this shinking ship too lmfao.
