I work in retail (UK) and recently I scalded myself while at work and have been off for a few weeks. I have not yet done the incident report as I had to go to hospital right away. I was just wondering whether you guys think that that incident report will be worded so that, or explicitly state that, or does it function so that, I accept all blame and I can’t sue them. Vague question yes but thought I’d ask.
