Not sure if this is a good place to ask but you guys all seem to know what's what so here it goes. I have received a invite for a verbal communication assessment from a potential employer and it's for my dream job of youth support worker and was wondering if you guys know what these actually tell the employer other than if I'm Dyslexic but it feels like they may just use this against me as they never asked prior if I have any disability. What do you guys think of this?
