Recently had a compression fracture on one of my lower vertebrae at work just over a week ago. Boss didn’t make an attempt to help with an accident report that same day and in turn is making me work more hours than I’m supposed to with less than adequate staffing for a retail store during the holiday rush. 4 days later is when he decided he was going to file the report and I haven’t heard anything back from worker’s comp. Just needing some advice on where to proceed next.
