I injured my back on a manual labor type job. I have documentation of the injury through medical records and workman's comp claim.
I was blocked by management when I tried to attend PT and most doctors appointments. I reported most of this to HR and documented almost everytime it happened.
16 months later. I find out that my injury is what is causing significant problems to the nerves in my legs.
I am very below the poverty line and fairly uneducated. I have never seeked a lawyer out in my life and need to know if I have a case.
