Interview ended abruptly for asking the wrong question; dodged bullet, or slip-up?

A little background: roughly a month ago, I applied for an entry-level sales associate position at a local corporately-owned business. Admittedly, I was overqualified, and the pay was quite disappointing, but it was listed as full-time and my options were/are limited in my time of financial distress. I was invited back for a second interview, this time involving their store's GM, and quickly learned the position was part-time, and that the hours would 'reach' full-time scheduling if performance was adequate. It didn't take me very long after that to politely decline the position. Fast-forward to a couple days ago, I'm reached out to by the first lady I interviewed with, who called me, enthusiastically, hoping I'd be interested in meeting them with regarding a supervisor position for the department I initially applied to be an associate in. Naturally, I agreed, and today I had that meeting. Much to my surprise…

Much to my surprise – though in hindsight, it shouldn't have been – I was not arriving to discuss a job offer. Apparently, it was simply another interview, with nearly the same plethora of scenario-based questions they asked before, which I believe I, again, answered well, having come from sales supervisory background in my last position.

But after she proceeded to offer the fluff on the company's behalf (you know, the whole speel on why it's super great to work there, how much they appreciate their team, etc.), she gave me one brief opportunity to ask her if I had any questions, to which I, mostly in jest, responded, “So this isn't part-time, too, is it?”

She just kind of looked at me, blankly, cleared her throat and told me “I think that'll be all,” and quickly dismissed me.

Now, to elaborate, I think my tone was quite playful, and not at all intended to be prickish, but I think I fucked up, and now I'm stressing about it. I can't tell if I plucked the wrong string, after having previously declined a job offer with them that was misrepresented as being full-time, or if she immediately characterized me as being some sarcastic ass that was no longer worth pursuing.

Thoughts?
