So I had an interview a while back and when I did my standard follow up, I was told that I didn't get the job because I didn't send a thank you note following the interview. All I could think was “what are you, 5?” When did this become a thing and how far are they wanting us to go to kiss their asses for these jobs that were overqualified for and that underpaid with very little benefits I refuse to ever ever send and thank you note allowing my me the privilege of interviewing to be underpaid grow up you run a business or an dick sucking festival.m
