Interview Turn-Off

I recently went to an interview for a part-time job that would be after my full-time job to keep up with the COL around here. It started out alright, the lady seemed perfectly fine and was a little rude at the beginning but I brushed it off. But then over half of the interview was spent with her complaining about a previous hire they had and how they quit after a few weeks. About how they “couldn’t keep up with the job responsibilities” & left for a job with higher pay. She definitely seemed like the type to pull ranks often in the most obnoxious way. I then thought to myself that maybe the interviewer was the problem and it made me continue my search. I could already see that she wasn’t someone to enjoy working with let alone be managed by. Does anyone else have any “interview turn-off’s” they…
