It went well. I may overqualified. They were asking about me taking on leadership as it’s a new restaurant. Felt good until the end when he said “Ok well we will start hiring on the 15th so we’ll let you know.” Like I feel confident they’re going to hire me but WTF are people supposed to do for 15 days while we’re waiting on them? Why would you call someone in for an interview so far in advance? I guarantee I won’t be available when he calls June 15th.
