Interviewed for a regional santation company in my area, and one of the interviewers had the balls to say that I don’t have the appropriate years of driving in my area, even though I have te equal amount of years of driving for uber and for the county

There's a regional trash company in my area that I interviewed for, I applied since i'm only I have years of expirence customer service and driving. Interviewed on wednesday at one of their offices and had a panel interview, all went great until one of the interviewer mentioned that “we're looking for someone who really knows the county well, and it seems you don't fit that criteria that we're looking for”. Now I have 3 years driving for uber, and 4 years working for the county, wtf do you mean I don't have that many years driving in the county?? I know the whole fucking metro area. Wtf? When they call, i'm going to say i'm going to turn down the position
