Today I have an interview for a decent job. The pay is quite good for my area. They offer full benefits and often keep people from the start of their careers to retirement. Why then do I feel like I have to hide my pregnancy? I want this job to support my child, which will give me company loyalty. Still, I am reminded not to mention or show the pregnancy until after my start date. Are they that worried I won’t work for 6 weeks of my 40 years with them? Frustrated rant over.
