INTERVIEWS WANTED!! Do you have a crazy story about your workplace? Anything having to do with toxic workplaces, mistreatment of employees, corrupt corporate culture, unsafe working conditions, etc. My new podcast, NOT SAFE AT WORK, is interview style.
My goal is to expose intolerable working conditions and spread awareness about how common this is, and the very serious negative consequences a mismanaged place can have, both physically and mentally. I will record our chat on zoom (audio only), and then edit you telling your story later with me doing some narration and commentary.
I also will keep both you and your company anonymous (unless you don’t want to be!).
What's your experience and who do you hold responsible? How has your experience affected both your physical and mental health, and your life in general? A longtime employee at the railyard exposes how management allowed this to happen, and how it could have been prevented.
