Is anyone else frustrated of filling out hundreds of “job applications” from the so-called labor shortage burdened corporations?

I’m beginning to think most of those job applications we see on Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc are either fake (in order to feed the labor shortage hoax) or only for internal hiring.
