Is it common for employers to treat fresh graduates condescendingly when recruiting?

A pattern I've noticed myself and other fresh graduates encountering is how employers tend to comfortably neg your salary expectations and working experiences in an entitled manner when they know you're a recent graduate. The first question employers or recruiters usually emphasise on even before the interview is “So you graduated this year and this will be your first job?” in a negative or sarcastic way or “most of your experience is interning”. Either that they'll mockingly claim that your salary expectations given WITHIN their range provided on advertisements is “unrealistic”. I gained extensive working experience before graduating plus tried-and-tested skills in the industry – apparently these recruiters don't even bother reading through the resume. Heck, some don't even put in the effort to conduct themselves remotely professionally during the interview or can't write up a grammatically decent email.
