We get the schedule for the upcoming week on the Sunday before . Now a days it comes out at 5pm. Literally you don’t know if you’re working on a Monday until the night before. Im tired of it. Management always works the same schedule 9-5 no weekends . I don’t know if they don’t care to put the schedule out because they already know when they’re working and they don’t care to tell the rest of us. I just texted the boss no response.-. I just feel so disrespected
