Wondering if this has ever gone well for someone or even been worth it in the slightest.
It's been a really abusive and draining workplace and I've had enough. Put in my notice and my job is now hounding me for all of this incredible stuff they'll do if I stick around. Personally my principles say no thanks, if you wanted me around you should have treated me right in the first place. I don't think even their highest offer could get me to stay because of the bad blood.
Curious to hear other people's perspectives though.
