I’m planning to get back into pet care as a part time job at least for the summer. I’m noticing that every single one of the boarding pet daycares near me has bad reviews, especially from the workers. I remember when I did this in the past I was paid very low wages, we were all happy when my Manager wasn’t there, Assistant Manager wasn’t much better, and we were always understaffed with way too many dogs to take care of where it was borderline dangerous. I’m starting to think all pet care places are like this, is anyone else in the field and feel the same way?
