On a road trip to the states recently, every single shopping place and restaurant had “We're hiring!” signs.
Hell, even the freakin' border crossing gave out “We're hiring” brochures when we went by them!
And with the current state of the economy, I completely understand why!
Why in the world would ANYONE want to work for a place that is going to over-work and/or under-pay you?
What's the point of giving your time and lives over to an employer that isn't even going to reward you enough for your sacrifice?
