This has nothing to do with me or my job, but an employer in my community’s Facebook posted job info & that “employees are required to stay until work is done, even if that means overtime”. Keep in mind they also work 6 days a week. Now, I work in healthcare, where mandatory overtime is a thing, but there are a lot of rules around it and I can’t see a factory fitting any of those circumstances. Thoughts? This is in WA if it matters.
