Is it legal to keep me from accessing my tax info/ paystubs?

Until 1 week ago, I worked for Target at one of their distribution centers. It was a shitshow, and I walked out halfway through a shift, leaving my badge. The next day, HR emailed me a boilerplate Unemployment Notice, outlining that I voluntarily resigned and therefore was not eligible for Unemployment benefits. Nothing else. Okay, cool. In the middle of all this, my husband and I are attempting to refinance our house. The deed is in my name, so the bank is requesting my most recent paystubs. However, Target keeps all of that managed through Workday, an app that requires employee ID and password to access. I am locked out, and I cannot access my paystubs or any of my 401k. Is this legal? What can I do?
