Is it legal to schedule me for 10 hour shift without consent?

I work at a retail store. Obviously, we have been very busy prepping for Black Friday this coming Friday. Well, me and the other AM were looking at the schedule for this week and noticed our store manager scheduled everyone for a 10 hour shift which will put everyone over 40 hours for the week. The company has rules that if you work over 7 hours you are required to take a 1 hour unpaid break which means I would be spending 11 hours at the store on Friday. I was never asked if I could work or if this was okay so is there anything I can do? The district manager and HR won’t help because they’re all friends and this is a “blackout” period meaning we aren’t allowed to take time off. Any advice is welcome I feel so helpless and defeated. (also want to say I am trying to quit because it’s just awful there but I have to get hired somewhere else before I can leave)
