Is it legal to share this with the company?

I just started a new job today and I’m not sure I want to continue bc of the culture that I witnessed there in 1 day. There is no actual HR department since they are a small company (less than 25 employees) and I saw that they have 2 huge charts in the lobby for all to see: 1. Apparently this kind of shows your who’s more eligible for raises or profit sharing.

I also didn’t like that they tell you what time you’re allowed to take a 15 min break, and when you have to take lunch.

I hate feeling like a quitter after 1 day, but I this just doesn’t sit right with me. Is sharing this information for all to see even legal?
