Is it normal for a job to not give any breaks?

Hello. I'm currently working at a small business that sells popcorn. We run a shop and in the shop our job is to pop the popcorn, flavor the popcorn, bag the popcorn and sell the popcorn. We usually have to bag literally hundreds of different flavored popcorn a day and there's only a total of 3 employees (counting the manager our boss hired) meaning there's only 1-2 people usually working each day. He even told one of my co-workers to tell me to move faster since apparently I'm not going fast enough… at my previous job I worked at a grocery store as a supervisor and no matter how busy we got I was still given breaks which helped me keep my productivity/sanity up. Is this seriously allowed??
