I know its obviously not “ethical” but does it happen a lot? I have a friend who just started at a Jersey Mikes and her boss gives out tiny shot bottles to everyone (sometimes as much as 4-5 to a person) during working hours and she thinks there's nothing wrong with that and it's normal, and thinks he's a nice guy. Also takes employees out to a bar after work, AFTER they've been drinking all day.
