I accepted a part time position at a grocery store. They asked if I was willing to take the job on the very day of my interview. That was 2 weeks ago. It's taken that long to just get my drug swab, my background check processed and they still have yet to make a schedule for me and get me into orientation. I called them more than they called me for follow ups. The background check taking time but the rest seems questionable. Is this normal or a red flag?
