Is it normal for a separation agreement to say I can’t post a negative review about the company?

I was fired for not being a good fit recently. Looked over my Terms of Separation and it said I can't “directly or indirectly” make negative comments about the company on social media “including online company review sites.” I know this is because one employee who was fired a few months ago left a negative (but honest!) review on Glassdoor about the CEO. I've never been fired before, so I wasn't sure if this was normal. Is there a way to negotiate my severance without this or do I just have to accept it? :/ ETA: this was from the Terms of Separation they're asking me to sign to receive my severance
