I see some fucked up posts that reference an employer monitoring or controlling their activities, even when they’re on break or something.
As a non-American: isn’t that considered creepy af and grounds to find a new job, full stop? There’s always been micromanaging people out there, but it’s a new level when they try to monitor or control you off the clock. Even on the clock, that shit’s usually insulting at best.
Sometimes I feel like a friend who wants y’all to leave a bad relationship but doesn’t know how to effectively encourage it to happen.
