is it possible for everybody in the America to make living wage? regardless of career choice

seems like the system that’s implemented thrives on inequalities and exploitation? by observation it’s like we have to have the continuation of have nots in order to have the opposite .. by having i mean the basic necessities met (food water shelter clothing) & (having financial security) to take care of one’s health/unexpected troubles
