Is it possible to find a real job without encountering all those fake job leads that just blow up your phone or email address with junk mail?

Especially an online data entry job. But it appears many job leads of all those one can find on indeed or elsewhere is just filled with Junk that post to try to gather your info, and try to sell you stuff or get you to join stuff? And they say they are understaffed or that no one wants to work?!?
