I know this might not be the best place to ask this question but I know people on here have good experience with interview tactics and such.
Context: my wife just had an interview with an employer that seemed promising. The interviewer basically told her that he needs to do a couple administrative things over the next week to get the position opened (they're hiring but don't have actual positions open yet) and she needs to beef up her resume to hit the marks that HR is going to look for. It's a federal position so he wants it to look more like a “federal resume” vs a “civilian employer” resume. It's for a data analytics position and she has a history degree which does tie into the scope of her prospective position. She's only had a few regular jobs here and there so she's not that experienced in writing her resume. Would it be weird if I asked some of the older more experienced people I work with for their resume just to see how they wrote theirs/what types of things they put in it? Or is there a good resource online that might be beneficial?
